AI Readiness Assessment

Measure your true AI readiness before you scale it.

Know where you stand before AI touches the work. An evidence-based assessment scores your maturity across six dimensions.

You cannot scale AI on foundations you have not measured.

Buying tools is not readiness. Launching pilots is not transformation. The real question is whether the organisation underneath can carry AI: its workflows, controls, data, people, policies and decisions.

Most programmes never ask it. They move straight to procurement and proofs of concept, assuming the foundations will hold. They rarely do. Readiness is the measurement most AI programmes skip, because it is harder than buying a licence and slower than running a demo.

And the gap always shows up later, as risk, rework, exposure and accountability nobody planned to own. By then the cost is no longer just technical. It is reputational, regulatory and personal, landing on the executives who signed the work off without measuring what it stood on.

HOW IT WORKS

What you cannot prove, you cannot scale or defend

01.

AI does not fail on missing tools

It fails on weak foundations. That is why three of six dimensions are foundations: Strategy & Governance, Data, People & Organisation. They carry the heaviest weight. Get these wrong; technology cannot help.

02.

The other three are catalysts

Technology & Infrastructure, AI/ML capabilities including GenAI, and Adoption & Scaling. They accelerate an organisation that is ready. They cannot save one that is not.

03.

Each dimension is scored

It is scored on a five-level maturity scale, from ad hoc and reactive at one end to optimised and self-improving at the other. You self-assess first. Then we validate through interviews and workshops, so the level we report is the verified one, not the declared one.

04.

The critical gap

Anything below a safe baseline becomes a critical gap and leads your roadmap. Scope flexes to your size and goals — from a focused read of one or two dimensions to a full diagnostic across all six.

You cannot scale AI on foundations you have never measured. We score your maturity across the work itself, so the gaps surface now, on a report, not later, on your name.

You stop assuming you are ready.

You prove it.

The assessment starts from operational reality, not aspiration. It shows you where you stand and what has to change — operationally and structurally — before you adopt AI. You leave with a verified maturity statement, a prioritised use-case shortlist, and a capability and governance plan. Enough to defend the next move in the room that matters.

Readiness is the first move, not the last.
