01 . The Challenge
Antenna Group is one of Greece’s leading media and entertainment organizations, with a portfolio spanning television, streaming, radio, music, audiobooks, cinema and digital services. The professionals who market that portfolio are experienced specialists, many with years in their field, working across an unusually wide range of brands, formats and audiences. For them, adopting AI was never a question of being convinced of its value. It was a question of relevance, of making these tools genuinely useful within the specific way each team already works.
The deeper challenge was the pace of change. AI is evolving faster than almost anyone can comfortably follow, and for busy professionals whose core role is not technology, that speed can feel less like an opportunity and more like a burden. The challenge was to equip a large and diverse marketing organization with practical AI skills while building lasting confidence, helping teams move forward together, stay current as the tools evolve, and grow without anyone feeling
02 . The Solution
To address this, TheFutureCats designed and delivered a custom AI training program shaped entirely around the way Antenna’s teams work. The starting point was a use-case analysis. Ahead of the sessions, a structured questionnaire captured each participant’s role, daily tasks and the problems they most wanted AI to help solve. Analyzing these responses allowed TheFutureCats to map the real opportunities across the organization and to design every session around them, so that experienced professionals recognized their own work in the material from the first minute. For an audience of specialists, that relevance was what turned interest into genuine engagement.
The design followed from a single conviction, that lasting capability matters more than coverage. The program unfolded across three hands-on, in-person sessions, opening with a foundational one that brought everyone to a shared starting point, so the whole group could move forward from common ground. From there it divided into two role-specific deep dives, each built around what that team actually does day to day. Working from clear guidance, the teams built their own AI projects around real use cases drawn from their daily work. Rather than racing through a long list of tools, the program deliberately went deeper into fewer of them, the ones that matter most in their world, so that people built genuine fluency instead of taking a superficial tour of features. Every exercise used real cases and the teams’ own projects rather than generic examples, so that what people created in the room was something they could keep using the moment they left it.
The greatest value, however, was designed to outlast any single tool. AI changes too quickly for a fixed set of techniques to stay useful for long, so the training focused on teaching people how to learn, how to think critically about what they ask of these tools, how to judge and refine what comes back, and how to stay current as the technology keeps evolving. Rather than simply transfer knowledge that would soon age, It built the confidence and the mindset for teams to keep growing on their own, turning a fast-moving and often overwhelming landscape into a shared culture of curiosity and continuous skill-building.
