01 . The Challenge
As artificial intelligence moved rapidly up the corporate agenda, senior leaders in Greece faced the challenge of translating broad awareness of AI into practical capability within their organizations. Although many executives recognized that AI would reshape their industries, they had limited familiarity with how to apply it confidently in their day to day decisions, particularly those without a technical background.
PwC’s Academy in Athens sought to address this gap for its high level executive audience. The objective was to design a program that would demystify AI, build genuine and applicable skills, and prepare leaders to guide transformation within their organizations, all delivered in a compact format suited to the limited availability of senior decision makers.
02 . The Solution
To address this need, TheFutureCats Innovation Consultancy designed and delivered the “AI Executive for Business in Action” program in collaboration with PwC’s Academy. The training was created specifically for C level executives, entrepreneurs, and senior leaders, and was structured as a focused, hands on experience that prioritized practical application over theory.
The program was aligned closely with the realities that senior leaders face, allowing participants to work through their own business scenarios, engage directly with current AI tools, and develop a personal roadmap for adoption within their organizations. Rather than an overview of technology, the experience was built around immediate relevance and measurable value, ensuring that what executives learned could be applied within their work without delay.
The response confirmed the relevance of this approach. The first cohort reached full capacity, and a second program was scheduled to meet the continued demand. Across both sessions, the training equipped senior leaders with the understanding and confidence to lead AI adoption within their organizations, supporting a transition that was practical, informed, and grounded in real business needs.
