De’Longhi Croatia aimed to unveil their “New Perfetto Campaign 3.0” in a way that would captivate their audience and underscore the brand’s commitment to innovation. They needed to connect with marketing teams and key retail partners across Balkan countries, requiring a solution that transcended the limitations of a standard online presentation. The challenge was to create an immersive, interactive, and premium experience that would be as memorable as the campaign itself.

The primary objective was to present a new marketing and PR strategy to a geographically dispersed audience from the Balkan countries in a format that was both engaging and technologically advanced. De’Longhi Croatia wanted to elevate the concept of a premium launch event, seeking an alternative to a traditional venue that was more aligned with their forward-thinking brand. They envisioned a visually striking and interactive experience that would highlight their innovative nature and strengthen relationships with their most important partners.

02 . The Solution

TheFutureCats designed and executed a groundbreaking, fully customized metaverse space on the Spatial platform, creating a unique virtual world for De’Longhi Croatia. The solution provided an end-to-end premium experience, from invitation to execution.

Comprehensive Onboarding and Support
Our involvement began by laying the groundwork for a flawless user experience. We designed custom invitations for each country and developed detailed written and video guides to ensure all participants felt comfortable using the Spatial platform, from creating their avatars to navigating the virtual space. We also provided a one-hour live training session, ensuring everyone was ready for the main event.

A Bespoke Virtual World
We built a multi-room virtual environment with a premium aesthetic consistent with De’Longhi Croatia branding. The space included two art-gallery-style rooms exhibiting the new products and campaign visuals and videos, a lobby for networking, and a futuristic auditorium for the main presentations.

Immersive Attendee Experience
Guests were welcomed into the lobby by a custom avatar of brand ambassador Brad Pitt and soft background music. They participated as personalized avatars, allowing them to interact, chat, and move freely within the space, creating a true sense of presence.

Multi-Lingual, Multi-National Event
To cater to the international audience, we organized three separate, successful events, presenting to teams from three different countries in their native languages.

Seamless Presentation & Interaction
The main event took place in a virtual amphitheater featuring a large central screen and prominent De’Longhi Croatia logos. We provided full facilitation for the presenters and managed all technical support, ensuring a smooth flow of information and interaction through the chat.

Through this innovative Metaverse solution, TheFutureCats not only addressed De’Longhi Croatia’s immediate goal of connecting with its international partners and achieving a high participant engagement, but also set a new benchmark for using emerging technology to deliver impactful corporate presentations.
